Dr Joyce Tyldesley
Joyce is a Teaching Fellow in the KNH Centre for Biomedical Egyptology, where she writes and teaches the on-line Certificate in Egyptology, and a series of on-line Short Courses in Egyptology. She also teaches on the Masters course in Egyptology, on the Archaeology BA in archaeology, and supervises PhD students.
She studied the archaeology of the eastern Mediterranean at Liverpool University and obtained a DPhil in Archaeology from Oxford University. Prior to joining the KNH Centre she taught at Liverpool University, and published a series of books and articles on ancient Egypt.
